1. About Sure2Clean

Sure2Clean is a local, family-run business that introduces trusted, self-employed cleaners to households.

When you choose Sure2Clean, we arrange the introduction and help get everything set up. Ongoing cleaning services are then agreed directly between you and your cleaner.

2. Cleaners

All cleaners we introduce are self-employed and work independently.

We take care to vet cleaners before introducing them. However, as they operate independently, we cannot guarantee availability, performance, or suitability for every home.

3. Payments

Payment for cleaning services is agreed directly between you and your cleaner and paid to them directly.

Sure2Clean does not handle or process payments for cleaning services.

4. Insurance

For added peace of mind, Sure2Clean holds Public Liability Insurance.

This may cover certain types of accidental damage caused by a cleaner we introduce, subject to the insurer’s terms and approval of the claim.

We will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.

5. Our Role

Sure2Clean’s role is to introduce you to a suitable cleaner and help with the initial arrangement.

We do not supervise or control how cleaning services are carried out, and cleaners work independently.

6. Service Expectations

Details such as cleaning tasks, frequency, and standards are agreed directly between you and your cleaner.

We always aim to introduce reliable and friendly cleaners, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

7. Continuity

We always try to provide consistency with the same cleaner where possible.

However, we cannot guarantee ongoing availability of any individual cleaner.

8. Keys

Any arrangements regarding keys are agreed directly between you and your cleaner.

Sure2Clean does not take responsibility for key handling.

9. Issues & Support

If you experience any issues, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help resolve things.

10. Ending the Service

We ask for one month’s notice if you wish to stop using the service.

11. Working with Your Cleaner Directly

If you choose to work directly with a cleaner introduced by Sure2Clean within 12 months of introduction, a fee of £1,000 will apply.

12. Legal

These terms are governed by English law.
