  • Fulfil our obligations to our clients when you are offered employment as a service provider;

To enable us to find a suitable cleaner we may ask for personal information when you contact us about our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • to process your cleaning slot/schedule and to make arrangements with your service provider (cleaner) for the provision of services;

  • to contact you regarding any comments, complaints, queries or feedback you might have about us or our services;

  • to notify you about changes to our Services;

  • to ensure that content on our websites is presented in the most effective manner for you to make use of on a computer and/or Device;

  • to make suggestions and recommendations to you about products or services that may interest you by post, telephone or email. Data processing and storage

We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide a service, to improve our services in future, or for as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

While we make every effort to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our websites ; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect against unauthorised use, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personally-identifiable information we collect on this website.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. If you request your personal information be deleted, or where your personal information becomes no longer relevant to our operations, we will erase it from our system within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party access to information

We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We do not otherwise share or supply personal information to third parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers or third parties.

Children’s Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our services. We are obliged to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please ensure you obtain your parent/guardian's prior permission whenever you provide us with your personal information. Limits of our policy

This privacy policy only covers Sure2clean's own collecting and handling of data. We only work with partners, affiliates and third-party providers whose privacy policies align with ours, however we cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices. 

Your rights and responsibilities

As our user, you have the right to be informed about how your data is collected and used. You are entitled to know what data we collect about you, and how it is processed. You are entitled to correct and update any personal information about you, and to request this information be deleted.
